Riley James "Golden Sunset"

Liz McBain creates under the pseudonym Riley James, combining the names of her daughter and husband. Liz was raised in Raleigh, NC. With a lifelong passion for art, she began painting and drawing at a very young age.  After studying at Savannah College of Art & Design and North Carolina State University, she settled down with her husband, Jamie, and continues to raise their three children. Liz is the founder of The Duck Gallery, and also owns Tar Heel Trading Company, an American handcraft gallery, with her husband, Jamie.  She resides in Southern Shores, NC in the Outer Banks.
